Lono delivered this talk on September 9, 2005 to the National Convention of the International Association for Near Death Studies (IANDS) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This talk details his "death" experience when an electric hot water heater shorted out while he was in a flooded crawlspace on his hands and knees in a foot of water. A second "death" happened two years later when his heart stopped beating due to electrical damage sustained from the first accident. This talk provides a fascinating insight into his experience of "crossing over", a journey up the "River of Light", and wakening up in a place Lono describes as "Home".
