Reality is the "is-ness" of things. It is the "stuff" out of which our world is built. It is perfect, completely connected in all its dimensions, and operates consistently and reliably throughout all time. It is what it is regardless of our opinions about what it is or should be. When we live in Harmony with Reality, life works.
Why Dogma Always Brings Pain
Dogma is composed of opinions about Reality. It is not Reality itself. Reality is what it is, regardless of our opinions about it.
It is important to recognize the difference because Reality is where life-energy flows. To the degree we make choices not in Harmony with Reality we block the flow of life-energy (the Hawai'ian concept of "mana") and we get pain.

Do yourself a favor and replay every lesson over and over. That is why we present our courses in a format that can be downloaded and listened to while you are driving or any time you have the opportunity to relax and absorb its Light. Every time you listen to a presentation you will experience deeper levels of understanding.
Be sure to discuss the ideas you are experiencing with family and friends. Many people find great value in having a night once a week where parents can sit down with their children to discuss these topics. It is a healthy bonding experience and these days, there aren't a lot of those to enjoy.
